This website, nationaldebtregistry.net ("the site"), is operated by Four Nine Nine Ltd ("we", "us"), 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site does

National Debt Registry is a privately operated matching service owned by Four Nine Nine Ltd. We are not a lender, creditor, debt relief provider or government agency, we are not an official debt registry or a government debt relief program, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. We do not negotiate or settle debts and we do not give financial or legal advice. We do not endorse any provider and do not guarantee that any provider will accept your request or offer you a program. Providers set their own terms, which vary by state, and any agreement is between you and the provider only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a contract. Program availability and terms vary by state. Participating providers set their own eligibility requirements.

Your information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared. The request form carries its own consent language; by submitting the form you agree to that language as well.

Acceptable use

You may use the site only for your own lawful purposes. You may not submit information on behalf of someone else without their authority, use automated tools to access the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it.

Content

Content on the site, including the learning center and the payoff calculator, is provided for general information and is not financial, legal or tax advice. The site and its content are owned by Four Nine Nine Ltd and may not be copied without permission. Provider names belong to their owners.

Third parties

Any provider you are connected with acts under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, services or practices. Links on this site lead to websites of independent debt relief providers and other third parties. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Any product, quote, offer or service you obtain from a third party is governed by its terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Nine Nine Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any program, provider or creditor. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Four Nine Nine Ltd against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to contact@499group.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court, and it does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may send notices about the site by email to the address you give us, and that emails and documents we make available on the site count as being in writing. Your debt relief provider delivers its own agreements and disclosures under its own process. You can ask for a paper copy of anything we send you by emailing contact@499group.com.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
